This project was created in collaboration with Collective Arts Brewing and applied across a mural, limited-edition beer can, posters, and apparel. The work explores how optical tension and restraint can transform an everyday object into a moment of visual engagement.
Composed entirely of red and white vertical stripes, the design wraps the can and subtly warps as it turns in the hand. What initially reads as simple begins to shift and vibrate through rotation, creating an illusion of pressure and instability held just in balance. By reducing the palette and removing typography, the artwork is allowed to operate uninterrupted, letting form carry the message. Working within the constraints of the can became central to the concept, using limitation as a tool for clarity and focus. The result is an object that rewards close looking, inviting pause, play, and a brief moment of delight.
